Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with its original packaging and tags still attached. Please return your order in it’s original condition and packaging with tags still attached. 

Unfortunately returns that do not meet our guidelines cannot be accepted and will be shipped back to you. We will ask the postage to be paid (£3.50) to return this back to you Items must be returned in a saleable condition, for example we cannot accept returns that smell of smoke or are covered in pet hairs etc.. Any Worn items or items ripped during being worn cannot be fully refunded due to not being in a resalable condition.

We do not accept hand delivered returns to the above address as a means of returns.

Free gift

Free gifts are subject to availability. A random gift may be sent due to stock levels.

Returned items not including the free gift (Sunglasses, Watches & Lint Rollers) will be subjected to a £2.00 deduction

Will Occasionwearforkids be providing a returns label ?

We offer free returns and we will be providing a free return label via royal mail.Simply fill out your details and this will allow you to print this at home or take the email (qr code) to the post office and they can print this for you 

How long will it take to process my money back into my account ?

Please allow up to 10 working days for us to receive your items, process your return and confirm your refund amount. We will send you an email when this has been completed for you. Bank Account payments will take 2 working days for PayPal payments will take 1 working day

I’ve not received my refund ?

It can take around 10 days for your refund to be returned to you from the date you post your item(s) back to us. Please allow 5-7 working days for us to receive your items, process your return and confirm your refund amount. We’ll send you an email when this has been done
