We offer free returns and we will be providing a free return label via royal mail.Simply fill out your details and this will allow you to print this at home or take the email (qr code) to the post office and they can print this for you

If you wish to return an international order, you can send your parcel to the
address provided below. Please ensure that your return is securely packaged and
includes your order number or proof of purchase so that we can process it as
quickly as possible.

Kindly note:

• We are only able to issue refunds for items returned to this address. Exchanges
• are not available for international returns.
• Refunds will be processed once your parcel has been received and inspected. 
• Shipping costs for international returns are the responsibility of the customer,
• unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Unfortunately returns that do not meet our guidelines cannot be accepted and will be shipped back to you. We will ask the postage to be paid (£3.50) to return this back to you Items must be returned in a saleable condition. Eg we cannot accept returns that smell of smoke or are covered in pet hairs etc.. Any Worn items or items ripped during being worn cannot be fully refunded due to not being in a resalable condition.

Items without tags attached can be refused if this is not in a resellable condition
